The U.S. Embassy is very pleased to announce the arrival of the new U.S. Ambassador to Niger Eunice Reddick! Upon her arrival to Niger this week, Ambassador Reddick expressed her eagerness to be here and readiness to start work!  In addition to the many issues that require the Ambassador’s attention at the bilateral relationship level, she is looking forward to connecting with the Nigerien people! The Embassy staff met her on September 11 shortly before her presentation of credentials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  Ambassador Reddick presented her credentials to President Mahamadou Issoufou on Friday, September 12.  Reddick was accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Mission, Richard Bell, the Acting Defense Attaché, LTC Ricardo Baker, and USAID’s Representative to Niger, Sean Osner.
