The U. S. Embassy congratulates the State Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, the Minister of Tourism, and the Governor of Agadez on a successful and vibrant Cure Salée.
During its trip to Cure Salée, the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Army Civil Affairs Team at Nigerien Air Base 201 donated soccer balls to a youth team in Ingall. The donation is one of many outreach events hosted by the Civil Affairs team in the Agadez region.
The Deputy Chief of Mission Jay Zimmerman paid a visit to a Nigerien dentist who was brought to Ingall by U.S. NGO Spirit of America during Cure Salée. The dentist provided free dental care to more than 100 villagers and nomads in the area.
