Learn, exchange, grow, and serve. The U.S. Embassy/Public Affairs Section (PAS) arranges a variety of U.S.-government sponsored exchange programs that build cultural ties and bridges of understanding between Nigeriens and Americans. These programs are intended to introduce participants to the United States and American people and culture, as well as provide them with a chance to exchange ideas with Americans. Discover cultural programs and exchanges, such as cultural heritage protection, empowerment of women and girls, professional development, virtual exchanges, and other opportunities offered by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
