The U.S. Embassy and her colleagues throughout Niger bid farewell to Ambassador Eunice Reddick, who served in Niger for three years. Ambassador Reddick was honored with the Commander of the Order of Merit from the Republic of Niger at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 20. Surrounded by government officials, fellow ambassadors and embassy colleagues at the ceremony, she told the group that Niger and the U.S. share democratic values, respect for human rights, a desire for peace and promotion of economic prosperity and social development.
