Services such as passport renewals, notarial services, and Consular Report of Birth Abroad are by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment for any non-emergency services by visiting our online appointment website. Please note that non-emergency services are currently suspended due to staffing shortages. If you have an urgent need for an appointment, please email ConsulateNiamey@state.gov.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, or if you have any questions about the services we provide, please email the Consular Section at ConsulateNiamey@state.gov.
All fees for consular services must be paid in full at the time of service in either USD or the equivalent CFA (Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards or check.
