On behalf of the American people, the U.S. Embassy extends its deepest condolences to the victims and their family members in the recent terrorist attacks in Tchombangou, Zaroumadareye, and Toumour.
The United States condemns these terrorist attacks and all others like them in the strongest way. These cowardly and heinous attacks must stop. There is no place in the modern world for violence against innocent people.
We stay committed to Niger’s armed forces and our allies in eradicating these violent extremists and their godless ideology.
